the staff were very friendly, well organized and pleasant. Very professional and provided a brilliant in flight service

the plane was delayed for over 40 minutes whilst we were called for boarding. There was no communication given to us regarding why we were delayed or any indication of how long it would take.

Delay without regular updates from ground staff. Ground staff audibly bickering with Gatwick staff, complaining about procedures and apportioning blame for organisation, and " missing " disabled passengers. Incorrect signage for the flight - Listed as "Dublin" at the airport. Other passenger's baggage in the seat in front taking up all my leg room.

The flight itself was fine and uneventful. More leg room than other flights we have been on. Seats were comfortable.

The flight was very delayed in leaving. Departure gate was not posted until 10 minutes before the original departure time with no explanation as to the reason for such a late posting. That created cause for concern that once the gate # WAS posted we would not have enough time to reach it before departure time. (There are 95 gates at Gatwick Airport!) As it turned out, getting to the gate was not a problem since the flight had been delayed ... wish we had known that ahead of time! There is no entertainment on the flight, but we did not expect any. There is a charge for all food and beverages ... we already knew this before boarding, so not a surprise.

The flight was very delayed in leaving. Departure gate was not posted until 10 minutes before the original departure time with no explanation as to the reason for such a late posting. That created cause for concern that once the gate # WAS posted we would not have enough time to reach it before departure time. (There are 95 gates at Gatwick Airport!) As it turned out, getting to the gate was not a problem since the flight had been delayed ... wish we had known that ahead of time! There is no entertainment on the flight, but we did not expect any. There is a charge for all food and beverages ... we already knew this before boarding, so not a surprise.

Friendly crew on the flight

Delay without regular updates from ground staff. Ground staff audibly bickering with Gatwick staff, complaining about procedures and apportioning blame for organisation, and " missing " disabled passengers. Incorrect signage for the flight - Listed as "Dublin" at the airport. Other passenger's baggage in the seat in front taking up all my leg room.

the staff were very friendly, well organized and pleasant. Very professional and provided a brilliant in flight service

the plane was delayed for over 40 minutes whilst we were called for boarding. There was no communication given to us regarding why we were delayed or any indication of how long it would take.

Boarded an hour late then sat on tarmac for an hour. Crew told us they would phone ahead to let connecting flights know we were delayed. Arrived 2 hours late but mad it to my gate only 2 minutes late but they had closed boarding. We’re never informed by flybe that they were behind. Waited at flybe desk for 3 hours on bags and rebooking. Never could get an honest hour about why we had to wait there. Refused to let us go to hotel and send our bags there once found. Totally miserable and will never fly with them again. Worst customer service ever.

Flight left and arrived on time

The check-in desk at Gatwick didn't open until about 70 minutes before flight time and it was not apparent which checkin desk would be used. Very inconvenient. Flight was not called for boarding until about 15 minutes before departure.
