Appreciate coupon to get car washed but wopuld have preferred that car was clean when I got there. Mud flap and cruise control on car was broken.

Cons:

During the booking there was NO mention of the $200 security deposit. Because I was unprepared for this I was unable to even rent the car and missed my chance to both see my family and visit my grandfather's grave.
