I mentioned my age as 24 while reserving the car when i went to the loaction of pick up they told me i cannot have that cause i am not 25 or older. They ruined the trip for me

I never got the car I paid for and never got my refund. Everyone keeps telling me call the other company. No one wanted to help me. Last time I book using this website and with hertz.

Unfortunately thrifty charged us for the extra insurance even though our booking we did online had already charged us for this. When I discovered this they would not give me any money back so I paid far too much for this car rental.
