I liked the vehicle and Patti was amazing⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When I picked the Tesla I said iI would be late because I work in the oilfields and transportation was behind. Ya no problems. But when I called and said I'd be late late maybe an hr because couldn't find a charging station in Leduc and I'd have to take it back to Edmonton. All I got was we'll charge you a late return fee. So its ok to pick up late but return a little late? Then the person who person at reception either has a bad attitude or having a bad day. "Customer service", is not bad attitude it's doing what you can to the best of your abilities to make to customer feel like you actually care. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with Hertz. Patti was the only person plus the pickup staff that actually made me think, ok it was just that other time with the bad attitudes. Anyways liked the car andn Patti. Don't think I'll will be using Hertz again

It was good. The pick up was fine. Car was as expected. Drop off was really quick. Price wasn’t fantastic but was reasonable. All of in all a good experience. The only negative was trying to get car play to work. The customer service person did try to help but couldn’t. We got it working the second day.

Our interaction was seamless, both when picking up and dropping off. The gentlemen who helped us were wonderful and friendly. Charles and Stanley were their names ( I hope I am remembering correctly). While the wait to pick up was a bit long, Charles seemed to be training another employee while helping us, so it was understandable. Overall I am very happy. The price was great too. In a time when it’s difficult to get great service in the service industry, these young men definitely stand out. Thank you so much! Dale McCarthy

The car was great, but they claimed I had a full tank when it was only half full. I called to report that it only had a half tank, and had pictures to prove it, but they still charged me a refueling fee when I teturned the card with more fuel than I got it with.

The customer service agent changed my reservation at the counter leading to me having to pay extra for days I had originally booked and she charged me for insurance coverage and I agreed to that, however on my rental agreement it stated that I had declined the coverage. It was a big mess and I won’t be booking with them again.

After everything was booked and I arrived at YEG Airport they wanted an additional $500 to drop off the car in YYC after i had explicitly chosen it during the booking process. Was able to get a much better deal at National for $500 less and same vehicle class.
