SatisfiedPros: Easy pick up and drop off. Car was extremely cleanCons: Prices are very high compared to other cities, but maybe that's the case in Norway.

Late Pickup/StavangerPros: Budget service was OK. Car - fine. Baby sit - requested to be for kid 13-18kg but was given for 3-8 kg....Cons: I made my reservation informing up front about arrival time. Kayak did not let me know about possible extra charge of 200 NOK for late pick up. Budget officer informed me that this is not the 1st time when Kayak customer is being surprised with poor information and extraordinary payment. When I ask Kayak to sort it out, contact with Budget and arrange extra payment to be paid back to me, I was sent to Budget. For me the way I was handled (by surprising) is not acceptable. I had no chance to give up with transaction. Otherwise would not get a car.

Cons: There computer system was down, so we end up renting from other company. Avis representative spoke poor English and was not very Knowledgeable.
