Pros: Forgot to turn in my key and was not belittled for doing so. Given instructions on how to best and quickly get the keys back to Medford where I left the car.
Cons: FEDEX charged $72+ to send the keys from Denver to Medford. They got them there, and I am grateful, BUT come on, I feel that is pricey.

Pros: The rep from a rival car rental agency helped me with my dropoff because the Enterprise rep was busy with another customer.

Cons: There was a crack in the windshield that was not fixed prior to me picking up the car and I thought that was not a safe thing to do

Pros: I was scheduled to pick up my rental at 5:00 pm, we were on our way to pick up the rental when we get a call at 4 : 45 pm that there were no cars available.
Enterpise said they would leave my reservstion open but come to find out they would not price match the reseervation price.
Ended up canaceling our mini vacation.
Cons: I arrived right at 2pm on Saturday and the staff said that they were closed and would not provide service. I couldn't even get my car. They were there... just didn't want to serve me. There was another women that was there at the same time and she had the same issue. Poor service. I ended up cancelling my car.
Worst staff and they don't respect reservations!!!
Cons: They didn't respect our reservation, they told me I could pick the car at 6 and they closed the office at 6, didn't tell me they didn't accept debit card and we had already paid for an insurance but they said they didn't accept it and we had to pay for another one. Worst service ever and a waste of time and money.
