It was not clear I would need to refuel before drop off and the prices for the refuel were stupid, even with today’s current climate.

We had to cancel our trip due to COVID and Sixth refused to refund our money or even a portion per their policy. They simply responded with "we know this isn't the answer you want however, we're not refunding any of your payment due to sound business practices". Customer service is a joke as it's basically non existent and forced to exchange emails. Terrible experience and I would never rent from this joke of a so called rental car company. Truly horrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
