1. the car smelled like cigarettes. 2. They did not have the class of vehicle which I reserved, and I was given the worst vehicle i've driven in my life. I needed a car for a golf trip, and the vehicle I was given couldn't even fit 1 bag of golf clubs in the trunk.10.0 Wonderful
