Pros (+) Centrally located and friendly staff. Great size room and amenities for the price.
Cons (-) Housekeeping could have been better. Room not cleaned until 5 pm and cleaning was substandard. Wet towels left in room and dirty coffee cups. Beds too hard. Also, teenage kids were given a handicap accessible room. We were not told about this until we saw the room. Didn't need to take up that kind of room, but after they had already unpacked, didn't want to change rooms.
