The bellhops never helped with any bags which was difficult since the lobby is on the 2nd floor and the elevators are so tiny, you can barely fit yourself and you luggage through the doors. Pros (+) The location is awesome and the room I got was good.
Cons (-) The check in time is at 4 pm. It was 4:30pm and the room was not available yet. The check out is at 12pm so the staff had 4 hours to get the room done and it was not available when I checked in. Unacceptable.

Cons (-) The room was very small for the price. There was no place to put your clothes (no dresser). The room was a bit dirty. The elevators were extremely slow (but they had a sign stating that they were remodeling them so they became faster).

Cons (-) I didn't like the lack of parking specifics when booking the hotel. We were confused when we got there because there is a parking garage next to the hotel that the hotel uses but it was unclear if you go into the hotel to do this or just park in the garage.
