Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and cozy beds. Many appreciated the charming atmosphere and convenient access to local attractions. However, several guests noted issues with noise, particularly from nearby trains and poor soundproofing. Overall, the positives of location, service, and comfort outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly, the room was clean and cute.
Cons (-) Poor acoustics in the Tuscan room - the train was omnipresent, and you could hear people above you at all hours. The room itself was fine but hearing everyone else and being disrupted by train noise was unpleasant.
