Guests say
Most guests were disappointed by the hotel's cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. The pool, frequently advertised, was consistently closed or non-operational, frustrating guests who booked specifically for this amenity. Breakfast was often described as falsely advertised, inconsistent, or of poor quality. Safety concerns were raised due to inadequate lighting, groups loitering, and open access to hallways. Service also received criticism for unhelpful or absent staff and issues with booking or check-in processes. Overall, guests found the hotel lacking in several key areas.AI-generated from customer reviews
