Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Many also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with some guests specifically mentioning positive interactions with the owner and employees. However, numerous reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems, including non-functional pools, broken elevators, and poorly maintained rooms. Some guests also noted small room sizes and ongoing renovations. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and welcoming staff stood out as the main positives.

Jose A, Aug 2018

Cons (-) I used to stay at this hotel some years ago. It was old, but well kept. Now, the service is mediocre and the accommodations lack care and maintenance is desperately needed. I had a coffee maker, but no cup. The room I got (24), was more a walking closet than a room. I paid way more than what I used to pay. Really, hope they can go back to the original Club Comanche
