The front desk staff was great. Proximity to downtown was good. Neighborhood was interesting.
Everything else was not even rateable. Yes, it was that bad.

The hotel is not visually appealing at all. When we pulled up, I had to ensure the address was correct. Something was wrong with all of the doors down the hallway which led to you having to slam them for them to close. Imaging trying to sleep but hearing that all night. Finally, the breakfast was bread, packets of oatmeal, and cereal. I suppose you get what you paid for.
My first room had a used condom wrapped on the floor. The second had hair all over the bathroom and mold in the coffee pot. Horrible hotel.

AC did not work in room and staff claimed they had no other rooms available and refused a refund or cancellation. They did however supply me with an filthy extension cord and an old pedestal fan to help circulate the dust and hot, wet air around the tiny room. The lobby, hallway and room smelled like mold and cigarettes. The carpet was filthy and damp. The room keys worked about every 10th try. Wifi was useless. Beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. I should have just slept in my car.
The hotel was gross it was dead insects in the bath room the t.v. was gross it look like it hadn't ever been wiped down and had a film of dirt over it
