Pros (+) Darlene at front desk was very polite and helpful. It went downhill from there.
Cons (-) I went to tell the head of housekeeping that there was a red spot on my comforter looks like nail polish but I still didn't feel good using it. When I asked if she had another one to replace it with she started yelling at me that it was brand new and should have nothing on it she repeated this about 5 times and she marched off towards my room. Pros (+) convenience; we liked the idea of stayng overnite, then for an extra $30 we got a shuttle to the cruise ship and were able to leave our car there while we were on a seven day cruise and then a shuttle back .parking at the cruise ship terminal would have cost over $100
