Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and some found the beds comfortable and the price reasonable. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with the pool's cleanliness and functionality, unpleasant odors and cleanliness concerns in rooms, disappointing breakfast quality, and inconsistent service, including problems with staff responsiveness and booking issues. Overall, while the location is a strong point, several aspects of the stay did not meet guest expectations.

The beds were not very comfortable. Checking in was a nightmare because the staff didn't know how to operate the new system. The room had been adequately cleaned, definitely not deep cleaned recently.

Melissa, Oct 2019
Pros (+) Easy to find
Cons (-) Room could have been cleaned. Bed size could have been correct.lobby and stuff could have been cleaner. Toilet mesh at broke. Dirty blanket that we had to exchange out

Mediocre
Brandi, Mar 2019
Pros (+) The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The hotel is outdated and the room was dirty. There was a stain on the sheets and instead of pillows on the bed there were 4 dirty pillow cases stuffed with sheets sitting against the headboard. The towels were also dirty. Overall, this place is in need of major upgrading and much lower prices until such changes are made.
