Cons (-) they dont give me key to room because they tell be they havent aviable room but on web site they have aviable room. some woman told as she have this same situation day before

Pros (+) Price was very cheap compared to other options, and availability was there at last minute.

Pros (+) Ante room. We had boxes of things that had been in storage, and this gave us plenty of room to sort and re-pack. The elevator really facilitated moving them in and out.
Cons (-) The rooms need a re-fresh badly. Repainting alone would do wonders. The first TV remote we were given was broken, but they did replace it without any discussion.

Cons (-) We arrived around 10pm ( Hotel Lobby was very filthy) after a long drive from San Francisco to find out they had overbooked and we did not have a place to stay. The manager was very unfriendly and so was the support staff at getaroom.com. after being placed on hold for more than 90 mins, support at getaroom.com said they cannot do anything for us. Overall a very negative experience.

We were already skeptical and wanted to cancel our booking. I have never stayed at a place where when you check in, they give you a key AND the TV remote. The 3 of us traveled across the USA for over two weeks and tried to find affordable lodging, we booked this place online and when we got there were shocked at the state of the 2 double bed room that we would all share.
