Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and helpful staff, excellent location with beautiful views, and delicious food, especially at breakfast and in the restaurant. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms well-equipped, though a few mentioned minor maintenance issues or dated amenities. Some guests noted slow service at breakfast or evening meals, and there were isolated complaints about noise and accessibility for disabled guests.
