The staff was very rude, not willing to help in anyway even when asking for something simple like toilet paper I was given an attitude, housekeeper waited next to room with her hands crossed as we rushed to get out in time due to no alarm being in the room. That same housekeeper also looked in my trunk as I was loading up and had the nerve to ask if a blanket was the hotels, which was not, unless ...

Pros (+) There was nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons (-) When I arrived at the office for check-in, the dog in the office started barking. I had to listen to the clerk behind the counter yell at the dog to stop barking before continuing. The room smelled bad, and I mean gagging bad. There were no shower towels but I carry my own towel anyway. I ran out of hot water after 5 minutes. The small towels had brown stains on them. Pros (+) Clean room and friendly front desk attendant.

Cons (-) Outside access door was difficult to lock and unlock. Bathroom door hinge was slightly broken so that I had to lift up on the door to get it closed. Shower pressure was low. Non smoking room smelled badly of smoke, so was moved to another room. Second room did not smell of smoke, but did have an unpleasant odor. Luckily, I had air freshener with me.
