Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, maintenance issues, and inconsistent service. Some guests enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and helpful staff, but others were disappointed by poor hygiene, lack of proactive service, and value for money. Overall, while the hotel offers good room size and a great location, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
