What is the problem with letting someone check in a little early. Front desk agent told me that no rooms were clean yet and won’t be until 3 pm. This is always the case at this hotel. I didn’t even stay. I booked a room at another hotel and stayed there. The last time I stayed at this Best Western I swore I never stay there again.
