Overview

In Chenove on the southern edge of Dijon, where the Hills of Nuits and its great growth begin, the Sure Hotel by Best Western Dijon Sud enjoys a prime spot in the heart of Burgundy, close to the major roads, public transport, and the shopping and cultural centres of the area. Modern, comfortable rooms come with free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and private bathrooms for a restful stay, with free private parking, a breakfast served each morning, and meeting rooms well suited to working travelers. Restaurants, shops, and leisure spots sit within easy reach for an uncomplicated stay. Chenove marks the start of the Route of the Great Growths, the wine road that threads south through the legendary villages of the Hills of Nuits, with Dijon's gastronomy, the Palace of the Dukes, and the historic centre just to the north. From the door, the vineyards of Burgundy run south toward some of the most famous names in wine.

Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location for travel and generally found the staff to be friendly and helpful. However, many reviews mention significant issues with the bathrooms, including lack of hot water, leaks, and poor maintenance. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with some rooms not properly cleaned or prepared. Breakfast frequently disappointed guests due to poor quality, lack of variety, or disorganization. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were praised, maintenance and breakfast quality need improvement.
