Pros (+) The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good with hot and cold selections.
Cons (-) To be aware in advance that there was an active railroad track directly behind the hotel.

Pros (+) Mattress was entirely worn out. I stayed two nights and the first night I sunk into the worn out matress. Next day I way moved without any hassle.
Cons (-) Mattress. Hotel is frequented by lots of traffic obviously by location - across street from kings dominion. Sink was cracked. Stains on pillow case. I wish I would have stayed in Ashland and made a 10 minute commute.
