Pros: Fair property needs maintenance update floor need tiling not painted surface
Cons: As above comment
7.0 Good
Pros: We found that all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of selection with a nice window of opportunity to enjoy it with out rushing. It was a very peaceful environment and allowed you to relax and enjoy the holiday.
Cons: We were disappointed by the evening foods options and having selected the buffet style it was very expensive. The entertainment in the evening was very good and enjoyable but limited to the man and the guitar, with no access to anything else. The golf course although a nice course the clubs for hire could be of a better quality for the cost of the golf. The drinks in the hotel were also a bit expensive not quite Norway prices but up there.

2.7 Mediocre
Pros: it is an pure muslim hotel, with strong muslim rooms. i had to rent another room for my husband!!! the hotel is very dirty, we had only warm water in one room, staff is ofensif to non muslims. I am muslim but cannot accept this treatment in an "international" hotel. we cancelled after one night_
Cons: as mentionned above, you have to declare that it is a pure muslim hotel, with strongest religious rules and food agapted only for muslims. no alcohol, no married people acepted without the legal papers( who carries them thesedays with in the holidays???) vey ,very bad experience, very unclean, many things broken, no warm water

Riad Mimouna - Essaouira - Bedroom
4
8.6 Excellent (1,498 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Riad Mimouna in Essaouira (Medina), you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Essaouira Beach and Mellah. Featured amenities include express check-in, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Property, staff, location were all exemplary.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great! In the middle of the Medina but very quiet (if you enjoy the noise of the ocean...as I did!). The staff took care of my tranfer from and to the airport. At the parking area outside the Medina, someone was waiting to take my luggage and accompany me tot the Riad. Great service!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The views from the roof terrace and the restaurant were worth the stay alone. The hotel is very traditional and has a beautiful lounge area with spectacular atrium.
Cons: The hotel is as far from the public car park as you can get. The car park attendant tried to rip me off for double the usual parking fee. Essaouira is dirty, if fairly quaint and the backstreets are home to hundreds of stray cats which the locals feed. The result is that the entire town smells of cat pee and the cats are everywhere, even on the chairs in the restaurants. The breakfast is a very basic set menu and a take it or leave it affair. Be very careful driving to Essaouira, as the speed limit goes up and down like a fiddler's elbow and the cops are present in every town with and without speed cameras. Several local cops were openly counting the money which they had just demanded from motorists, as the price of avoiding a ticket.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very generous breakfast. We were cared for with great kindness by everyone from chef to housekeeping staff, receptionists and hall porters. A delightful riad in a spectacular location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Riad itself was everything you would want it to be and we treated my daughter to the big sea view room with a nice sitting area and a wall-to-wall window overlooking the ramparts, rocks and beaches up from the old town. My standard room was overlooking the roofs of the other houses. The breakfast is ample and in a sea-view restaurant at the top of building. The top floor also has a lovely rooftop sitting out area with wonderful views as well. WiFi good.
Cons: Nothing - all exactly what we wanted.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming hotel/Riad in a great location with very nice rooms decorated in traditional style. The staff were friendly and helpful. The view from the top floor terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view was amazing and we got an upgrade to the mini suit. The room was very big and Beautiful. Only minus it was a little cold in the winter.
Cons: Only minus it was a little cold in the room in feb.
Essaouira Lodge - Essaouira - Building
5
8.8 Excellent (428 reviews)

Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and express check-out. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, free shuttle bus to town was great, excelled food selection for veggies as well.
Cons: A little bit chilly in the winter months in the rooms, but guess thats just expected
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, spacious and very calm. The perfect place for families or couples wanting to relax away from the main hustle and bustle of the town. The staff are super friendly and attentive and the massage was great. It is also crucially sheltered from the winds so much warmer during the colder months so you can still sunbathe around the pool. We will be back for sure.
Cons: The rooms are spacious and clean but the beds could be softer if your someone who likes to sleep on your side, however we found this common when traveling in Africa ( not just this hotel) The food could be better and I would prefer if it was an a la Carte menu instead of a buffet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! We had such a relaxing stay here. Staff were delightful, food was amazing (and as a vegetarian there were so many options in the lunch and dinner buffet) Kids loved the pool, our 2 bed apartment was spacious enough for us and comfortable. We didn't cook but there is a kitchenette in the room. It was very clean. We used the hammam which was lovely, clean and private. There was a fire on inside for relaxing around when the temperature dropped a bit but we did plenty of laying by the pool, too. The shuttle bus in to town is comfortable and convenient. The quiet location suited us perfectly and we walked in the surrounding 'bush' one morning for a wee change. Altogether great place and would go back in a heart beat.
Cons: Nothing!
7.1 Good
Pros: Food and suite were good, so was the pool
Cons: You need a shuttle every time you want to leave the location. They forgot to pick us up although we booked the shuttle back from essaouira
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing chilled out place, good location and good transport to the town. If you need a few days of nothing but just relax this is the place.
Cons: Downfall is the barking dogs late at night and during the night. So if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. And not for all as the beds are really hard.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautifully situated, great staff and service. Perfect place to relax
Cons: It is located a bit out of Essaouira. This was not a problem for us tho
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, very comfortable and relaxed. Restaurant food is superb and very healthy
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and spacious rooms Beautiful area Heated pool Super diverse breakfast buffet
Cons: Soap quality was poor (kept pouring and pouring and it would not cause any foam) The drive from the road to the lodge was very bumpy (inner roads are not paved) Some of the staff members were not very friendly You need to have a car since it is like a 20 min drive to Essaouira
Riad Mumtaz Mahal - Essaouira - Bedroom
6
8.9 Excellent (582 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Riad Mumtaz Mahal in Essaouira (Ahl Agadir), you'll be steps from Essaouira Beach and 5 minutes by foot from Mohammed Ben Abdallah Museum. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. A shuttle from the airport to the hotel is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beauty
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, beauuuutiful riad. The bed was very comfy. So spacious. Loved (definitely used) the tub. (Wish they left proper bubble bath for it, rather than the shower gel, which quickly fell flat). Plenty of conveniently located electrical outlets. And did I mention how gorgeous the place was???
Cons: Some extras along the lines of what I received in other hotels of this price category, like tea on arrival and bottles of water in my room, would have been appreciated. The wifi wasn't the worst of my entire trip, but it was definitely in the bottom 3. It caused a lot of frustrations for getting my work done, although the ample desk in the room was the perfect space for it. The hammam (basic) experience was the most thorough scrub of my 3 hammam experiences, but overall I felt like I got a lot less out of it than the others. No mask after the scrub. Hair wasn't even combed out after washing (was glad I was in the hotel already). No tea or water afterwards. No massaging at all. Etc. Just left to sit after until it got awkward and I left on my own.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The girl which met us on the day was very kind, unfortunately she was the only helpful person and the guy on the breakfast was very smily and tried to help as much as they could. The position of the hotel was good. We have booked initially another hotel but decided to feel the experience staying in a typical morrocan place, bit of dissapointment. Can’t say it was dirty, but think they could’ve made more efforts to keep it better condition
Cons: The breakfast is very poor, it doesn’t gives any options for people with gluten and milk allergies. Asked for some fruits and for 3 days stay they just gave me only once, because as what they said - they don’t do fruits. The bedsheets was all in spots, they smelled as washed but the spots were very visible. The roof was leaking and all the hallway next to the reception was every morning full of water - we just had the bad luck to get a rainy weather. There was no any sign of showing that is wet and hazardous so you can be careful. I slipped and happily didn’t fell over. Due to the cold weather in the room was freezingly cold, as the door didn’t close properly and the wind was blowing from under. It seemed to have air conditioning system but totally not working - all the time has showing error. We called 2 times for a technician. The first night came at 22:30 fixed it and it worked for 30 mins, after that the guy wasn’t easy to be found. Next day we said it is cold they promised they will send somebody, and they didn’t. So it was a bit of disappointment from the receptionist behaviour like she did not cared.
7.0 Good
Pros: The decoration is beautiful. This is a very nice looking riad. The location is just absolutely amazing... three minutes or two away from the main square.. very safe area, well illuminated at night. I also liked the breakfast, with natural orange juice, good coffee, fantastic bread and a few other things. The breakfast can be enjoyed in the terrace, and that, with the sun over your face is just fantastic.
Cons: Well... at times I was cold, at times hot, and there was no way for me to regulate the temperature of the room. It is also super annoying that there is no ventilation. I know that riads don't have windows but actually some of the rooms here had. This made us lack oxygen in the night and I came back with a massive flu. I have 38.5 temperature. I am not saying this was caused by the room, but the lack of ventilation and how cold I was didn´t help either...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stunning bedroom - felt like a palace. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us. Really great location - right on the beach. Excellent view from the terrace.
1.0 Poor
Pros: the rooms deco
Cons: the staff and the owner , no hot water , being abused by the director

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly staff Comfortable bed Roof terrace with recliners. Good wifi Excellent location in centre of medina
Cons: Room was quite dark with only borrowed light. Would have been better with brighter bulbs (one was missing) It was also cold(January!) with no heater, although did warm up quite quickly with body heat
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast!!! Great people, very helpful (Oussama printed for us our boarding passes). Location is first class - in the center of medina, still quiet. The street looks a little bit dodgy, but it is very safe.
Cons: If the people in the patio are noisy and you have the room with window oriented this way, it can be annoying. But we just asked them to be quiet and it helped, so no big deal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful house with beautiful rooms. Looks like the pictures Terrace is also comfortable to stay. Each room is unique. Good to know is that our room "les pinsons" has no door between the bathroom and bedroom.. friendly staff great location. perfect price for such a nice place
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great contact with the owner who is also a very helpful person. We could store our luggage after checkout and pick it up later. Perfect place for a short stay in the centre!
Cons: It’s not the newest spot, could be refreshed a bit. To be honest, the relation to the price is very adecuate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor and the staff were exceptional. The staff were so friendly and helpful
7.0 Good
Pros: Staffs are super friendly and the breakfast is top. It is really worthwhile to pay 3 euro to have this gorgeous moroccan breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The room is spacious. The location is perfect. It is located in the center of Medina.
Cons: In January it is cold here and there is no heater. When people talk in the ryad, unfortunately you hear them all and it can be bit annoying at night and early in the morning. I stayed in this ryad twice and the first time it was all ok, but the bathroom smelled like a sewage for my second time of stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was my second stay at Dar Latigeo and it was just as excellent as the first. Osama is an exceptional host. The second evening he had prepared the best couscous I have ever tasted in more than 20 years of stays in Morocco. The rooms are simple but very clean. Value for money is unbeatable. Breakfast is excellent and location very central.
Cons: Nothing, everything was fine.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable. In the center of medina. Clean. Very good breakfast - it's worth to pay additional 3 euros cause the breakfast was delicious and big. I recommand this riad
Cons: The only minus is that bathrooms were outside the roooms - shared with the one more room.
6.7 Good
Pros: A little gem. Excellent location, right in the heart of the medina but on a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect base for exploring beautiful Essaouira. Rooms are large and comfortable with lovely oriental touches. The landlady is lovely and helpful. No hesitation booking it again when I go back.
Cons: No problems. It is not a luxurious hotel with all the services, but one comes to Essaouira for the city not for all-in-package sea side resort. My bathroom was outside the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: we had an amazing stay in dar latigeo. adeline was extremely friendly and was very helpfull with any questions we had. the rooms are nice and the (shared) bathroom is very clean. beisdes that, essaouira is a lovely city and dar latigeo is right in the middle of it.
7.0 Good
Pros: The french lady whom i can´t remember the name is such a good hostess!! Really cool ambient , even that by the door you can´t have the real idea of the neat ambient you are gonna find inside. Usual in marroquian lodgements.Really worthless!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beautiful bedroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent, friendly welcome to a fine, small, boutique hotel by new owner Adeline - nothing was too much trouble. Hotel very central, so better than two other hotels I have stayed in in Essaouira before and extremely good value indeed. Copious, varied breakfast - open to suggestions/ requests. Own keys so free to come and go. Could not fault the hotel or any aspect of its running at all and I shall certainly come agazin whenever I come here again, and, as it is a favopurite spot, that may be in a couple of months. Highly recommended. Thanks to Booking.com for finding it for me.
Cons: Everything was absolutely fine. No possible reason to dislike anything, let alone complain.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: very nice, fresh, clean.. feels like home.. very friendly and helpful staff.. excellent location..
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The room was gorgeous, quiet, airy, the breakfast delicious and we really were made to feel welcome. They made our stay special.
Cons: They could have given us a key for the outside door so that they didn't have to open it for us each time we returned to the hotel.

The breakfasts were delicious. The gardens are beautiful. We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave.

Pros: Everything. The most - polite, friendly, professional attitude, warm and caring welcome. I am more than happy about my stay in Villa Quieta. I celebrated my birthday there. Thankful for the present from the hotel on my special occasion - upgrade of my room and Moroccan red wine. People really pay attention to the small details and try to make your stay maximum comfortable. Very nice and quite location, next to the sea, authentic design, amazing sunsets from the rooftop. At the end effect - you always remember how you were treated, the attitude. The stuff is exceptional! I will come back here again. Thank you very much again!

Cons: A little expensive
8.3 Excellent
Pros: In the Souks and 5 mins from the beach.
Cons: Very cold overnight and at breakfast time. Will be amazing in summer though!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, we were able to make trips in and out all day. It felt very secure. The room was comfortable, the rooftop garden was great for relaxing in the sun with privacy as there were areas with sun loungers, some with sofas etc - much bigger than in any of the photos. Breakfast was good. Lots of staff, all very helpful. Rooms cleaned well. Breakfast was outside in the lovely courtyard which was cold first thing (being December) but there were patio heaters and there was a room at the end that some people retreated to. There were heaters in the room which we used one night.
Cons: I would have liked a receipt for the payment transaction.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location, step out of the door into the old town market. Staff were really friendly and helpful with booking activities and restaurants, and the place is beautiful and so peaceful. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of selection. They provide Hammam, which was great!
Cons: We got the set menu for dinner one night and it wasn't very impressive. This would be the only thing I can think of that they could improve on, everything else was 10/10
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: It was very noisy late at night, because of a large inconsiderate tour group, which the staff didn't do anything about.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great central location. Beautiful old traditional building with lovely roof terrace.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff/owners. Spacious double bedroom. Good espresso!
Cons: Shower was a little dark (not enough light) . Location of our bedroom right next to patio meant it could be noisy and lack of privacy with an open window.
7.0 Good
Pros: A great breakfast and the pool area. The higher priced rooms look great.
Cons: A strong chemical residue smell in my room which smelt like Jeyes fluid disinfectant. It was very difficult to get rid of this very unpleasant odour. Difficult. to get a steady internet signal in the room. Assume this might just be an issue with the location of my room. Suggest adding wifi extender.
9.0 Excellent

6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast is good. The riad has good location right on the Medina.
Cons: We had 2 rooms, one family suite and one double room. Some of us changed riad after the first night. I guess not all rooms have this problem but in our room we had havey mold smell, the bed covers where moist and generally the room smelled bad. The carpet was old and smelly and the towels were old and looked dirty. When we talked to the manager she rejected all our claims about cleanningness by saying this is Essaouira wheater and there is nothing she can do and that the room is clean. Having said that, she did send two workers to clean the room with soap, brought new towels and spread perfume and candles around but I was not there anymore as two of us switched to a different riad.(we were 6ppl) Also, on a side note, I live by the ocean in a very humid city but I don't have mold in my house and we moved to a riad which is closer to the sea and also, not new but didn't had any problems. We slept in old riads during our whole trip.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly service, very eager to help. Very good breakfast. Clean.
Cons: The beds are not for people with back problems. The shower could be more consistent.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice youth hostel. Very central. Clean. Friendly staff. The only thing would be great to provide keys for the rooms.
7.0 Good
Pros: it is in Medina..it was great location and staff was nice too
Cons: the bathroom was dirty. also it was bad insolation. it was very noise in the night.
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice, helpful, polite and welcoming staff, volonteers, cleaners and manager. Nice roof with lots of sofas, tables, chairs and plants. Almost like a garden. Cheap small shops for food, bread, water, cookies and so on very nearby. Walking distance to everything. The showers and toilets were good enough for me. Some new toilet paper every noon. Warm water worked fine. Good amount of power sockets in common areas. The WiFi was ok. The price.
Cons: The man who was some kind of cook was spreading lots of negative energy and loved the noise from his own mouth so much. Screaming and telling everyone nearby how good he's and how bad other peopla are. Yelling at the cleaning personell. He was even in a fight in the common kitchen. He was like very drunk all the time without drinking. Lucherious old man chauvinist. Filthy towards the young girls. People where avoiding the common area downstairs to rest the ears. I'd appreciated if the staff would have seen to rest of the guests wellbeing and showed him the door. Or was he the owner or something? To me it's a misery that he wasn't thrown out. Not enough security lockers in the room, no chair or similar in the room. No bed lamps. Not enough power sockets in the rooms. More thrash bins maybe is a good idea. Water was leaking from the basin in the shower room If it wasn't for the annoying guy, very much worth the money and a nice stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Ohhh, you must be that introvert sweedish bit*ch that is not even able to speak a full sentence. If i recall well, you were invited at our table a couple times, shared dinner and (Fake) smiles with us.... .....for at the end to come up with this type of stupid comment... I feel sad for you....
7.9 Good
Pros: Very nice! Slow down your trip, find yourself, love will come like Mamami

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had the most beautiful stay at Villa Daba in April. The owner, Mr. Didier was incredibly helpful, very attentive, and welcoming. He answered all of my questions and more, always willing to help solve any issue and make you feel at home. The house was absolutely gorgeous, isolated, a real paradise. The pool is heated year long and very enjoyable, there is also a ping pong table. This would be great for couples or for families. There is a cute dog and friendly donkeys to pet. There is a Hamman in the backyard, free to use and you can buy a massage/mani-pedi. The food was to die for, all home-cooked by Mrs. Didier and also very affordable. Alcohol was available, which is not very common in Morocco. The room was very comfortable and quiet at night time even with other guests in the house. I stayed here with my husband and we did not have a car so we walked the 2km to the main road to grab a taxi for 10 dirhams and headed into town (10 mins car ride). It is a nice and peaceful walk but would not be easy to do with large bags, etc. You can also call a taxi to pick you up at the house itself but this costs more 100 dirhams. The owner is happy to drive you for free if he is headed into town at the same time as you which is very nice too. We wish we could've stayed longer!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was nice, simple but satisfactory. location was good too.. owners are fantastic!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful peaceful stay at the Villa Daba. The owners are lovely, and really helpful. They suggested places for us to go, and on one day even recommended and booked a lovely restaurant for lunch for us. And the villa quiet with a beautifully clean and warm swimming pool. We visited in October and we had the pool to ourselves. Every morning we had a continental breakfast round the swimming pool as the sun rose. Every bedroom is unique, and different, and ours was full of character and comfortable. On some evenings we had dinner at the villa, and the cooking was superb. We were asked what we would like in advance for a main, and the fish was fantastic. But so was the chicken tagine.
Cons: The only disadvantage of the villa is that it is a mile or two down a dirt road, and you need a car to get there. But we soon got used to this, and we look forward to returning!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely. Beautiful pool and we had a 2 bedded room
Cons: Be aware that the hotel only takes cash

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Super staff! Great location
Cons: The beach club was no good quality vs price
6.7 Good
Pros: Proximity to the beach. Hot tub and swimming pool.
Cons: It’s clear money was invested into this property but it looks like corporate greed has taken over and little money is being invested to maintain this so called “5 star” hotel. The room was not clean. The bathroom was worse. Some people were snarky and unhelpful. We spent half the money in more busier parts of Morocco and hospitality and cleanliness was top class.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: They were it sccondating it helpful. I suggest others go to other hotels instead of this one. Better prices and accommodation in the same city.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant hotel, ideally situated near the Medina but quiet. Nice room with local furnitures. The staff is nice as well! A great place to relax and discover Essaouira.
Cons: The breakfast could be improved with more local and fresh products. The internal pool is tiny and accessible only from 7PM to 9PM. The fitness room machines are old.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is certainly one of the best I’ve ever got !
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Superbe location. Lovely pool. Nice breakfast. Big rooms. Nice balconys.

5.1 Okay
Pros: Proximity to the beach. Okay cleanesse
Cons: Dear Hotel Director : While having my Lunch before my departure on 25/04/2018, I came down to reception and I told them that I would ordered my lunch at the bar, went to room grab my stuff which all was ready and come down to check out. As soon as I set down at a table at the bar a female who checked me out later called the bar to make sure i am at the bar and probably she thought I lied to her ( what an irresponsible disgusting business behavior of hers, shame on her, she made me and other things to never come back to Atlas and i will try Sofitel next time). I heard the female bartender telling her out loud and i quote her: “yes he is here and he requested lunch”. I stood up and told the bartender a man that I will leave to check out and come back to eat while my food is being prepared. I checked out immediately in 5 Mins and came back to the bar. While I was at my table I hear all kinds of rumors, mocking and loud noises from the piano area every now and then, complete disturbance of my lunch by the Le Seven manager and the bar staff. I ate so fast just to leave that bar. I demanded my check from a server who seemed just got in to the bar and he was quick to bring my check and i signed it with my credit card and i put cash tip on the table and left running away from a savage bar environment (sorry that was the feeling that bar gave me by its staff and manager). I am not going to tolerate this and i will not recommencer your hotel if asked only, because of the horrific experience I had at your hotel . It was not the first time I came to your hotel and I had good impression before I came this time. The facts I indicated above made a complete disappointment from some of your staff not all. As we say you have not only one bad apple there but couple. Thank you for your time, A.B

Pros: The location was great, on the beach and right next to the medina. The room was big and clean but dated.
Cons: The hotel and the room was dated, in need of a refurbishment. The patio was dirty, couldn’t use it.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Big rooms, nice view, good breakfast, good location, hot water with good pressure
Cons: Mould, cockroaches, noise from other rooms, worn out bathroom
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, very close to the beach and Médina! Breakfast is good, stuff is friendly
Cons: Shower seems only has very hot water in the early morning, other time is pretty much like almost cold, otherwise it is a great hotel
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location is perfect and allowed us to keep our luggage at reception once we had checked out and also kindly printed our boarding passes for us
Cons: The first room we was given the hot water wasn’t working, we had to go to the staff twice in our towels and then eventually got given a new room. In the second room, there was a spider under the duvet and insect (not sure what) in the bathroom which we recorded and showed to the staff. They gave us the 3rd room which was inside however the hairdryer didn’t work but wasn’t too big of an issue as they gave us a replacement one and on the 2nd pillow was a stain but at this point we gave up complaining.
