Excellent, the Executive Lounge was great and Winnie in particular made sure everything happened smoothly.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Overall, guests were highly impressed with the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The service was frequently described as exceptional, with many positive mentions of friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Cleanliness was praised, with rooms and facilities being well-maintained. Breakfast also received positive feedback for its variety and quality, though a few guests noted it could be improved. Some negative comments focused on delays at check-in and elevator wait times, but these were outweighed by the many positive experiences.AI-generated from customer reviews

Some food at breakfast was warm rather than hot.
Pros (+) I loved the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was clean and very close to the Metro Station. Definitely worth the money and it’s exactly what you would expect from a 5 star Hilton hotel.
Cons (-) The selection of food and drinks in the Executive Lounge. You will find a limited selection of soft drinks.
Pros (+) Location room design
Cons (-) Staff many restricted roles and helpless staff
Pros (+) Great facility, nice restaurants, great breakfast.
Cons (-) Front desk was very slow, checking in and out. Meal service at the pool was slow.
Pros (+) the name only and its on main road
Cons (-) The smell is horrible.... amenities are over used and abused.
