Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its outstanding service, with many mentioning helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are frequently described as clean, spacious, and modern, especially following recent renovations. Breakfast receives positive remarks for its quality and attentive team. The location is considered convenient by several guests. However, ongoing renovations, limited amenities like the spa and pool, and occasional difficulties with hotel access or noise from construction are noted as drawbacks. Overall, the positives, particularly service and room quality, outweigh the negatives in guest experiences.
