Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests highlight the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to attractions, shopping, and public transport. The staff are frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However, there are consistent complaints about cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and rooms, with some reports of mold, cockroaches, and foul smells. Breakfast quality and hygiene also receive negative feedback, as does the condition of some bathrooms and facilities. Overall, while the location and service stand out positively, cleanliness and maintenance are notable concerns.
