Housekeeping was not as expected of this property. We were a couple and the room had just 1 bath and hand towel. The bath mat was also not there. Had to call housekeeping to get some extras Shower gel was filled into a dispenser which read Handwash. Pros (+) Easy check-in, especially for IHG members (welcome drinks at the bar were so appreciated!) and the staff is incredibly kind and friendly.
Cons (-) Like many airport hotels, the soundproofing is not perfect.
