The staff are very nice and friendly. Reception team are a pleasure to deal with. Overall the hotel is fine, but the water pressure in my room was painfully low, so showering wasn't great

Handy location if you're going to a concert at the 3Arena Room is perfectly fine. Pretty good breakfast. Parking is expensive and the car park is not great (it's not owned by the hotel)

Pros (+) the hotel was beautiful on arrival with plenty to do around the reception area. the room was fab so comfy and plenty of space. we ate in the hotel all weekend and from the breakfast right down to the food after the concert was superb. staff were very helpful and friendly . would deffo recommend to stay here. This hotel should be a 4 star and not 3 star as rated.
Cons (-) the only downfall was that we couldn't get breakfast in bed the next morning but other than that no problems
