Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the seafront and local attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff who made them feel welcome. Many enjoyed the breakfast, noting the variety and quality of options available. However, a significant number of guests were frustrated by issues with the elevators, as only one small lift was often working, causing long waits and inconvenience, especially for those with mobility needs. Cleanliness and maintenance were also concerns for some, with mentions of dated decor, unclean bathrooms, and areas needing refurbishment. Overall, the positives of location, service, and breakfast stood out, but improvements are needed in elevator functionality and cleanliness.
