Pros (+) I came for Ironman MD and the location was very convenient. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

Cons (-) We were overrun by fruit flies! Had to smash a roach crawling on the wall. The toilet had not been cleaned. We were right jext to the stairs and heard people going up and down all the time.

Pros (+) Location to St. Michaels, MD

Cons (-) Front of vanity was leaning up against the wall. There was a strange odor in the room, like stale smoke. The bathroom needs to be caulked - where the tub met the wall was a huge crack all the wall around.

Cons (-) tub was disgusting, faucet had a continuous stream of hot water coming out of it, mold on carpet by fridge which was also covered with some kind of sludge, sink with hair, flies in room, stank like smoke(non smoking room)/dog/mold combination

Cons (-) Outside of building was filthy, flies in dumpster got into vehicle coming and going. Room was a little better, but not much. Evidence of previous guests, hair in shower, bobby pin on floor, some sort of construction material (spackle?) imbedded in rug.
