Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, often noting its proximity to the beach and scenic views. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unclean pools, and neglected facilities. Many guests also reported poor service, including unfriendly or unhelpful staff and infrequent room cleaning. Breakfast and food quality were frequently criticized for lack of variety and poor taste. The pool and water park facilities were often described as dirty, poorly maintained, or not as advertised. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
