Crowne Plaza Newark Airport

Pros: location by airport;

Cons: parking fee unnecessary, expected a nicer hotel with crowne plaza name

Pros: location to Newark is excellent.

Cons: Main problem was when I checked out - and had paid $15 per night for parking - no-one told me to have my ticket validated so I got to gate and couldn't leave and guy was nice but sent me back to front desk

Pros: The lobby was very updated and we'll decorated

Cons: The staff wasn't really friendly .. I was woke up at 9 am by someone trying to push the door in. When we went out the door to ask the lady why she was trying to come in she said 'check out '..check out wasn't until 12!

Pros: The wait staff were excellent. Breakfast manager was excellent too!

Cons: I was given conflicting information by the front desk staff regarding late checkout. My co-travelers were given late checkout but I was not. They never explained why. Then cleaning staff came to my door that morn to ask when I was checking out!? Weird!

Pros: Good fish and chips

Cons: Room refrigerator squealed all night. Would have unplugged it, but couldn't reach the outlet. Saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Television selection was boring. Charged for parking. Wouldn't book there again.
