Things didn’t go as planned at the airport. It was 1:00 AM, we had a rough day and I, my wife and our 3 kids were exhausted and needed a room for the night. The Reservation agent was knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Check in was smooth and quick. Staff were personable and helpful, room was clean and quiet, airport shuttle drivers were courteous and patient. It was a great experience!

Pros (+) Every staff I encountered had the same superb customer service. They were always attentive and address things fairly quickly. This was very refreshing.
Cons (-) The room tub was clogged, which made taking a shower uncomfortable as the water rose to our calves. Although maintenance came up to fix it, it happened again when the next person bathe. The following morning the sink was clogged almost overflowing. I'm pretty certain there must've been some plumbing issues, because it's highly unlikely for this to happen within hours. Pros (+) good overnight with early morning flight departure. Enjoyed lobby bar with good accompanying menu -- not a bad place to hang out and unwind. Staff was friendly and accomodating, keeping their cool during a substantive number o all-at-once check-ins.

Pros (+) Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable.
Cons (-) Original parking lot wasn't working and had to park in the guest parking, which was completely packed. Only good thing was that instead of paying $20 for parking, I only paid $15 plus fees. Ridiculous that we have to pay for parking, even with a room. Pantry area was almost empty with no variety,

Cons (-) For of all this app said that the Hilton had a spa and that was a lie !!! Also the indoor pool was dirty! The customer service was shitty. & to top it off we had to pay for parking which was $20.
