Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, as well as the hotel's convenient location near the airport and shopping options. Some found the rooms spacious and the beds comfortable. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with complaints about dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of regular housekeeping. Breakfast offerings were minimal, often limited to just coffee, and several guests were dissatisfied with the shuttle service and overall maintenance of the property. Despite some positives, recurring problems with cleanliness and amenities affected the overall experience for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
