Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful service, the quality and variety of the breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, and the appealing amenities such as the waterpark and unique design. However, many guests were disappointed by the high prices, extra charges for amenities like the waterpark, and felt that the value for money did not meet their expectations. Despite this, the overall atmosphere and service left a positive impression on most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
