Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, close to Northwestern University, Lake Michigan, and downtown Evanston. Many appreciate the charming, historic atmosphere and stylish decor. However, several reviews mention small room and bathroom sizes, slow and tiny elevators, and some service inconsistencies, especially at the front desk. While the atmosphere and location are major highlights, guests note that the value for the price and accessibility could be improved.
