Guests frequently complained about cleanliness, citing dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and inadequate housekeeping. Service was another major concern, with reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff, double charges, and poor communication at the front desk. Noise was also mentioned as a problem, particularly from nearby rooms or common areas. While a few positive remarks were made about location and bed comfort, the overall sentiment was negative due to these recurring issues.

Pros (+) Above average comfort *in the room*. Common areas were wanting, however.
Cons (-) Smelt like pot on multiple nights. Obviously a clientele problem, but still.
