Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, frequently describing dirty rooms, hallways, and bathrooms, as well as unpleasant odors throughout the property. While the location is generally praised for its convenience, especially for access to highways and nearby attractions, the service often fell short, with reports of unhelpful or absent staff. Breakfast and pool facilities received mixed feedback, with some guests finding them acceptable and others disappointed. Overall, the hotel’s main strengths are its location and basic amenities, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.

Absolutely horrible! Hotel was disgusting. Non smoking except for pot apparently. Mice running around. Elevator was out of order. Employees unhelpful and rude. We checked out 2 days early and wouldn’t have stayed at all if we hadn’t arrived in the middle of the night. Even after checking out early they charged me double and so far refuse to refund me.
