staff was very friendly. Pool was closed, thats why i wanted to stay there. Should of been informed. traveling solo they put me the farthest room away and upstairs, didnt inquire if i was able to do stairs, i do have bad knees. At check in never verified room type on reservation, did not get the room type i reserved. Floors were really dirty, i had to wipe them off before getting into bed. Breakfa...

Pros (+) The staff was very nice and accommodating. I would absolutely stay there again because of how nice they were. There was an issue with getting the pool ready for use. The staff continually went above and beyond to keep us updated. When the pool finally opened, they provided poolside service for our large group (poolside service is not something they do).
Cons (-) The motel is older, but they are actively remodeling. I would stay there again because of the customer service.
