8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff have always been great. The rooms are always in great shape. The breakfast they offer is a great start to the day! Everything was great, but maybe taking a 2nd look at the security co. they hired would help to keep things peaceful like normal.
Cons: I didn't like being woke up to the Flint police going into the room next to mine to loudly make an arrest due to the SECURITY having them come onto the premises to do a license plate sweep without the consent of the guests which is legally required.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Very spacious room. The breakfast had a lot of items to choose from. Great pool and common areas.
Cons: It was very loud. The door didn't have a good seal and I could hear people's voices, even if they were speaking quietly. The running water in other rooms was VERY loud in my room. I had to leave and go buy earplugs.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Remodel on the hotel was well done with great results, the front desk staff was helpful with some business items after the hotel customer printer was not working , breakfast area and selection was great.
Cons: Unfortunately, we arrived late and probably given one of the last rooms, the room was great, but it was so close to the freeway that the noise all night from traffic was just too much, room #301, avoid at all costs
1.0 Poor
Pros: My nephew has a medical emergency, we was rushed to hospital, he puked in hallway 15 years old he was trying to make it outside. The staff called me 1230am asleep woke us up said if i don't go clean it up they would take alot of money from me.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, we couldn't hear anything out in the halls or through walls, and I know the hotel was full all weekend.

Pros: Location
Cons: Some construction and loud banging in the shower plumbing.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff was courteous. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was good.
Cons: I booked a room with a king sized bed, but was given a room with two double beds. the bed was ridiculously high, and difficult to get into and out of. The carpet was badly stained. It was not possible to close the draperies, and therefore impossible to block the light from outside. Lastly, my question about the availability of a refrigerator went ignored and unanswered. (There was not a refrigerator.) Also, the artwork was hideous.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, however, much too high for shorter women to get on. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent and good value. Easy location within the hotel.
Cons: I missed having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing. Continued from below. My room was opposite and opened up to the indoor pool; got noisy at times. Blower was very loud. Not many plugs. I have stayed in 2 star motels much better than this.
Cons: First room had water leaking from ceiling. Received no apology from staff including the manger. My room key card kept malfunctioning. Place is currently being renovated - the workers hang directly in front of door entrances smoking and loitering.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: My compliments to the Housekeeping Staff. The room was extremely tidy and clean. The level of attention to detail is often not found in hotels costing much more than this one. The breakfast was also quite good for being "Continental."
Cons: Only little problem was locating the hotel entrance in the dark. The access road off of the main highway is poorly lit.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was pleasant and welcoming.
Cons: The refrigerator was in great need of defrosting. Could not be closed and made a humming noise.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: NOT one thing
Cons: The stay in a whole
1.0 Poor
Pros: Not one thing
Cons: That I was charged for a day i didn't stay .... Plus a 50 dollar deposit that they refused to return.... He claimed he smelled weed in the room ... Not weed smoke or cigarette smoke but no refund was given
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was decent, rooms were nice.
Cons: Pool was down for renovations or repairs but I wasn’t aware of it when I booked the room. If I’d known I’d gone elsewhere since I had two of my grandkids with me that had planned on swimming. Notification needs to be upfront and big print I guess because I never saw anything talking about the swimming pool being closed.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Bed comfy and inviting Bedroom was very nice and smelled clean.
Cons: Black mold on hallway ceiling tile, there was old water ring damage on that tile so it's been there a while- can't understand why they don't just replace it once a month with new tile
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like how they came up when the heater wasn't working right away to try to fix it and how they gave us another room cause they wasn't able to get it to work right. Overall the stay was very pleasant and I would go back there again.
Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff accomodated our request for a room next to the elevator
Cons: Most of the hotel was clean, but the elevator was not

Pros: Location
Cons: Flooding in hallway. Tiny tub with plug that didn't work. Most significantly: price doubled when I went to extend my stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was quiet at night
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location close to where I had to be in town. I used to live in the area. I moved away but frequently visit back to party with old friends.
Cons: The place seems nice, but the clientele seems to be full of hookers. It just seems overpriced for the area and clientele you run across from parking lot to room. It started off pretty nice, but seems more and more run down each time I visit.
7.5 Good
Pros: Pool and stuff was closed for renovation or repair and that was one of the reason we booked this hotel. I guess it said it would be closed but I don’t know where as I never saw it when booking the room or I wouldn’t have done so. But the workers were nice and all else was good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: They are so friendly and they welcome your pets.
Cons: No
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice room
Cons: No
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice location and price
Cons: I stay at this particular location quite often, and was in room 205 this time. The room was clean and neat....however, this time, the visit was just ok, and the main reason for that boils down to four things: 1. The sink kept backing up and took a long time to drain. 2. The ironing board in the room was broken. 3. The shower head was broken and could not be positioned. 4. The room door would not lock properly, even after turning the latch.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Ms Julie was Ms Julie! She is stale acting but underneath that rough exterior she’s a sweetheart
Cons: We had room 110 on the first level, we brought our luggage in and proceeded to unpack! I cut the shower on and the water never got hot so we checked the water in the sink and it never heated up! Ms Julie was trying to walk us through how to turn the hot water on but it was a simple pull out and twist to the left for hot water but she said we had to pull the nozzle out slow and twist slow to get the hot water to heat up which made no sense at all because what about the water in the sink how would we get that to run hot! So after about 15 mins she sent a housekeeper to turn the hot water on but by that time I was utilizing the restroom when I was done I called back to the front desk and informed Ms Julie that the housekeeper had took off and could she send her back to get the hot water working so i could take my shower! She put me on hold and returned to the phone and said to come to the front desk she would change our room! So after about 45 mins off going back and forth we were finally switched to a new room!

Pros: It is pleasant... The staff looks like they like working here... No one looks begrudging!
Cons: I am not a negative person... Oldest if 4... I know how to find good and get everything good. I was not spoiled as a child. It is peaceful here... I stayed a month longer than I expected
5.0 Okay
Pros: Didn't try the breakfast. Coffee was weak but at least they had some. Staff was friendly.
Cons: The room was not very clean, the light fixture was missing so just the fluorescent tube was just hanging from the ceiling, and we couldn't get any clean towels for our 2nd night. Also, the chain on the door was almost pulled off and the safety bar was on the wall, but no connector on the door. On one of the beds, the plastic holders for the frame broke. Their version of fixing it was to remove the other two from the other side of the bed, so it was much lower.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to where we needed to be.
Cons: The door didn’t close properly and the room smells horrible, Like smoke.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: Could not get extra pillows. Sink in bathroom falling off wall. Shower had loose pipe through wall.

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Continental breakfast was only coffee. There were no breakfast items.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location was close to airport. Nothing, gross and will most likely never use your site sgain
Cons: We checked in late. Dirty, smelly, skanky. The rooms smelled like pot and cigarette and we checked out 3 rooms because we have a young grandson with asthma. Itched all night. Truck stop next door and according to the man at the front desk, you could pay $50.00 for a "friend" to stay a couple hours if wanted ,( run out of the Speedway next door,) so the end/back door was busy through the night. My husband took a shower in the AM and the water from the shower literally smelled like sewer! I'm not sure where they got or how old the room picture is on the website. FILTHY, FITHY, FILTHY. The place should be inspected and shut down!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It. Was good
Cons: No ice machine. I had to go to the front desk and the girl was busy so I had to wait about 10 minutes
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing really.
Cons: The property is old and doesnt appear to be renovated since we last stayed there over 5yrs ago. They charge an unnecessary parking fee of $10/night, which I was unaware of until I got there. It felt as if they were exploiting you for more cash, like those unnecessary resort fees!!
7.0 Good
Pros: The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. The room was very clean.
Cons: Person could not keep up with the number of people at the breakfast. A couple days had to skip because no eggs available or bacon. Person working in this area on Friday 3/6 was not in a good mood, you could tell by the look on her face.
5.0 Okay
Pros: breakfast and friendly staff
Cons: The first night the bed sheets looked unmade, the mechanical room (adjacent) made a terrible noise so they moved us. Someone pulled the fire alarm at 5am and there was a scuffle on the second floor involving the police.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was convenient for me.
Cons: The bed was hard as a rock and unfomfortable. The room was less than clean - there were foreign hairs on my towels.

1.0 Poor
Pros: I liked the location. That’s all I liked
Cons: I have stayed at this hotel the last 5 yrs and this year it was horrible. The facility looks dirty, it’s not properly secure, they started charging $10 a day parking but never advertised it on site. In my room I found trash beside my bed, the shower head was broken, the sliding closet door was broken, the HVAC was broke too. Then at 5a someone decided to pull the fire alarm. Also, when changing my credit card they added incidental fees near $150 worth. It dropped off once I left. Oh and due to all these issues I left 1 day early. I will never return to this hotel. It’s run down, not safe anyone can walk in and they charge $10 to park on their own lot. Also when leaving the manager was rude he/she never came out to acknowledge the issues. They should of given me a full refund.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location close to airport
Cons: Well let’s see - the furniture is WORN out and dirty. Breakfast was marginal and they freaking charged me $10 without notifying me at check-in and it was just a normal beat up parking lot. Ridiculous!!!! Don’t stay here!!
6.0 Good
Cons: The hotel was dirty. The room was not very clean
4.6 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Room wasn’t even close to what the pictures described. Lots of noise all throughout day night kids stomping and what not. Then at 5am some kids pulled the fire alarm as a prank and took forever to get it shut off so that ruined my sleep, also there is a $10.00 a day parking pass if you have a vehicle that will be left there with you for the night. Oh also my 2 year old sons fingernails were black from how dirty the carpet was. Wish I could have gotten a refund.
7.1 Good
Pros: Beds were comfortable, well equipped for a weekend. Quite. Location is good.
Cons: Property is real need of some TLC. Chair and couch in our two bedroom suite were gross, uncomfortable, and outdated. Which is sad, because it’s a relatively easy fix, that has a valuable impact.
7.0 Good
Pros: Price point and friendly staff
Cons: We have been going here for some time and the hotel quality is declining. A poor rep for the chain. $10 daily charge to park is laughable given the questionable area. A couple new hotels are across the street. This Residence Inn is not competitive.

5.0 Okay
Cons: Both beds were broke and hurt my food really bad on one on the beds. Toliet was unsteady and headboard was falling off the wall. Room 418 never again.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Nothing besides the wonderful lady at the front desk. She would have given us as many rooms as we wanted but realized it was more work for us than her.
Cons: Requested a king size room on booking.com, but when they stated they don't get any info from them it went downhill from there. Normally my wife and i are easy going when it comes to lodging but this was horrible. We started with 2 queen beds but this turned out to be the best we saw (more ro come about that). The next room we tried smelled like death so of course this was a no go. We tried a 3rd room which had an unworkable aur conditioner. In the summer it gets hot and is not fun to sleep in hot smelling heat. We return to our original room after not wanting to see every room they had. We open our bottle of tequila and settle in for the night. I pull back my comforter and find a half used package of ky. OMG. i know i only paid $50 for the night but i would recommend this place be shut down. PS after changing rooms so many times the police ended up knocking on our door at 1am stating we were not registered to be there. No problems after we explained, but sleep interrupted

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, however, much too high for shorter women to get on. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent and good value. Easy location within the hotel.
Cons: I missed having a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
