British Airways is very good... Taxiing after landing took 35 minutes, can't really blame the airline but the terrible infrastructure at JFK.

Our section of the aircraft in premium economy was very cold. We asked the attendants twice to raise the heat but it never happened. Even with the blanket it was chilly for 10 1/2 hours

Because kayak scammed me with false advertisement saying 23kg was included but I ended up having to pay another £200

The flight was canceled and I was directed to Air France two days later than my plan departure day. This involve getting two more days of hotel and also not being able to get a boarding pass until I got to the Istanbul Air France boarding desk. It has been a troubling time.

It makes no sense for several types of drinks to already be out of stock in the middle of the flight.

I have a walker I need it to get from the plane to customs and baggage claim. It had a huge orange tag on it saying it should be given to me as I got off the plane. It was not and the flight staff didn’t know where it was—both on my flight to London and on the return. In It was very frustrating

Had a plane! Have a plan! Have my luggage! 10 hours of travel turned into 50 hours. Good Lord!

The travel on premium economy class was very positive. Comfortable with plenty of space and leg room. The service throughout was top notch. Crew members were kind and helpful. Food and entertainment were excellent.

Based on my wife's damaged condition, BA very kindly upgraded us from cattle to business class. MUCH appreciated!! One of these days, as it gains more experience, BA MAY learn how to depart on time (with over 30 years experience with BA, no flight has EVER managed to leave on time), Once airborne, the entertainment was ever so very pedestrian. But the flight was uneventful and the cabin crew's service was superb. And whichever driver landed the aircraft had obviously done it before. But BA unfortunately is learning from that scuzzy airline Delta. Delta is ALWAYS stunned when one of its aircraft actually turns up anywhere and is NEVER ready to receive it -- even when it turns up where and more or less when it is supposed to, NOT an example worthy of emulation.
