Cons (-) The cleaning staff was rude! One large Hispanic maid was fighting with another made over a cart and towels. A short older Caucasian maid was in the elevator screaming at people to hurry up and get on and off the elevator. She was also complain about her job and how she is working 7 days a week etc.... Very rude and unprofessional.
