Cons (-) Horrible customer service, my room was not available, they downgraded me from the kingsize room i ordered to a double bed for the same price, he made me try 2different rooms (that I could not access because the card didn’t work) before i got into a room that did work, the only light that was working was in the bathroom, no remote but it didn’t matter because the tv didn’t work, i will never stay t...

Cons (-) Everything . Ordered food came back food was infested was roaches , killed so many in just my first night. At checkout I told the lady about the roaches and she denied them . Before leaving we witnessed the room service lady went into our hotel and didn't change the bed sheets that we had used so they probably NEVER SWITCH SHEETS .

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons (-) It was dirty. There were cockroach. I had to move rooms 3 times to get one that accommodated my family and had a working shower.
