Cons (-) Everything else. I was terrified when I walked in. The door had clearly been kicked in by police.

Pros (+) The first impression was very negative: odd crowd, some people were loitering around, overall made me feel quite uncomfortable. The room was simple but clean. The door lock was not working very well, the cleaning stuff would just refuse to leave shampoo (had to ask the front desk). The bed and pillow quality was pretty poor. Cons (-) The room was filthy. The toilet paper has been peed on. The bedspread had filth on it. The bathroom door was dirty. 2 cockroaches were seen. i paid top dollar for a place that could have ranked lower than the homeless shelter. Never again!
