Cons (-) Hotel had my reservation, but they didn't have a room for me. That's right. They knew I had prepaid for a room they didn't have. No refunds. They sent me to another hotel in another city. No cab fare; no nothing. They first gave me a wrong address for the other hotel, but my phone GPS said otherwise. They apologized for that and then gave me the correct address. Miles apart; not a small mistake.

Pros (+) Free breakfast had good choice and good coffee!
Cons (-) Staff could have been more welcoming and less surly on check in. Room could have beeb cleaner with a more refined aroma (not damp). Lack of facilities (ie bar/restaurant) was a little disappointing after a long flight)
