Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms and beds. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen areas, as well as maintenance issues like mold and broken fixtures. While some guests enjoyed the kitchen facilities, several noted the lack of kitchen supplies and minimal breakfast options. Overall, the positive experiences centered on service and room comfort, but cleanliness and breakfast offerings were major areas of concern.AI-generated from customer reviews
