Pros (+) We liked the night clerk, a young woman, who did her best to help us be a tiny bit more comfortable in an impossible situation. She was completely abandoned by the owner/manager, but still did her best.
Cons (-) In the middle of a record heat wave, the owner/manager didn't bother to leave enough fans out for his guests, so we suffered through the night in a stifling, dangerously hot room due to his incompetence. And he refused to take responsibility at all for his idiocy.
