Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to key attractions, as well as the availability of a pool, which is particularly appreciated by families. However, there are recurring complaints about the quality of service, with several guests reporting unfriendly or slow staff, and some experiencing poor treatment. Cleanliness is also a concern for a number of guests, especially regarding room maintenance and outdated facilities. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it varied and plentiful, while others consider it overpriced or lacking in options. Overall, the location and pool are standout positives, but improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
