Pros (+) At first, when I reached this hotel from the airport around 11pm, I was surprised to realize the locked-out situation due to safety reasons. But the staffs there kindly carried my suitcase up to my room on the fourth floor, even though there were no elevators. Despite the phone was out of order, the staff at the front desk kindly let me use her personal cellular phone for my negotiation about the ...

Pros (+) Room was new and clean. Nice size and great shower. Bed was comfortable and great linens. Well lit

Cons (-) Did not like the check in. Arrived around 11pm. Was not allowed in the lobby. Had to converse with clerk through a heavy glass window even though we had a reservation. Could not hear or understand due to echo in vestibule. Paperwork crumbled up to fit through tiny opening. Lobby still not accessible at 6:15 am when we trying to get breakfast. Made us feel very unsafe.
